About Online French language Classes

  • Frenchfaster provides online French language classes with a professional teacher.


  • The experience is exactly as in face-to-face instruction, except that the teacher is not physically present in front of you.


  • You can interact with the teacher through text chat, voice chat and even video chat.


  • We only use professional teachers with years of teaching experience. All teachers are fully bilingual in French-English and they are trained to use the Frenchfaster method.

    • How to start this course

  • To start this course, all you need is a computer, headset (with a microphone) and an Internet connection.


  • You also need to download skype into your PC.


  • Skype is a free software just like MSN or Yahoo messenger, and you can download it here: www.skype.com/download


  • You have to create a skype ID (your username)


  • Add us in your list of contacts: nageebg


    • PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Tuition charges include:
  • Learning materials (pdf and word files) sent as downloadable email attachments.


    • Payment by Cash, Cheque, NETS or Bank Transfer:
  • We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Cheque, NETS, Paypal or Bank Transfer.


  • For cash payment, there is a service charge of S$10 if we have to collect it from you.


  • Please contact us to have our bank account details.



    • Advance Payment:

  • Students need to pay for lessons in advance in order for us to assign and book a tutor for the requested time slot.



    • Minimum duration of a lesson:
  • For one-to-one, the minimum duration of a lesson is 1 hour (60 minutes).


  • For sessions of 2h duration and more, we will include a 5 minutes break.


  • For sessions of 3h duration and more, we will include a 10 minutes break.


    • Cancellation, Postponement and Rescheduling:
  • If done on same day class is scheduled: 100% charges


  • If done one day before class is scheduled: 50% charges


  • If done two days before class is scheduled: no charges


  • If a student cancels classes 3 times on a row, the student loses the booked time slot and will need to re-book with us.
